Elder Jared Hunt: Rancagua, Chile

Hey GUYS!! whats up?? another dope week down in the mission but this one was a little more hard haha. But basically this week nothing really special happened compared to last week how Elder Gong visited us. But we're going to have 3 baptisms this week!!!! That family of Venezuelans that i always talk about and they're one of my first contacts, they're gonna get baptized!!!!!!! Wow this is so cool man, we taught all the lessons to the wife because it was so incredibly hard to teach them together because the husband has so much work it's crazy and a super weird schedule too. But we'd teach her and then she would teach her husband. Our third is James, he's the guy that i talked about in my last group email, when i had that thought that if i worked hard when we were in a different sector we'd receive a blessing in ours. What's up guys i don't have a whole lot of time so I'm just going to share two miracles i saw this week! So the first was we went to the park with one of our investigators, her daughter, and a member of the church. and me and my comp were hanging out there and there was this other woman there with her child and we were like hey lets contact her and right when we did it she began to cry, and i we didn't really know what to do haha, but then she told us how her and her husband had separated that morning, and it was pretty the police were involved and it was incredibly difficult. Then we talked to her for like 10 minutes about the plan of salvation, and then we gave her a book of mormon. and with tears in her eyes she said "Wow is this really for me?" Wow that gave me a testimony that there really are people out there waiting for us to give them the gospel and the second is we had to go to Talca, like two hours away from where we live, and work the d...

Whats up guys!!! wow a lot has happened this week and I don't really know how to tell all of it cuz I forgot to write in my journal for like the past 14 days! haha but I’ll try my hardest to remember all of it. But to start it off I got some big time news i have a new companion!!! he's really cool he's from Peru and he's in the last change of his mission too, so that means I’ll receive another comp at the end of this change and I’ll have had 3 comps in three changes whoa lol. But also my comp cant speak any english whatsoever and it’s actually been pretty awesome, and he loves to clean which is weird to say but as a comp I love it haha.
